Hawise de Stuteville

     Hawise de Stuteville married first William II de Lancaster, son of William I de Lancaster and Gundred de Warenne.1 Hawise de Lancaster married second Hugh de Morville, son of Hugh de Morville and Beatrice de Beauchamp.2 Hawise de Stuteville married third William de Greystoke.3

     After the death of William II de Lancaster, Hawise paid a fine to the King for license to marry whom she would, and soon took to her second husband, Hugh de Morvill, Lord of Ishall and Burgh-on-Sans, in Cumberland, brother to Richard de Morvill (Constable of Scotland), who had married Avice, only sister of William II de Lancaster.2
